Is a syllabus a contract? (If so, no F on report card solely for attendance).
Can a public school charge for education? FCHS requires Saturday School and $20 for more than 5 excused and unexcused absences.
Is a Superintendent allowed to block a parent’s email from being delivered to anyone with a school email extension especially when she has 30 teachers to contact regarding her children and health and safety concerns?
What can be done when parents are denied their rights to speak to the School Board?
Can a Superintendent remove a person from the Substitute list without permission of the School Board and just because that person has taken issue with a policy he supports?
What can school personnel do to have their opinions heard without fear of negative repercussions?
